"I voted FOR the marijuana decriminalization initiative in Colorado some years back. If it were held today, I'd vote against. That's tough for me to say as a Libertarian, but the problem is Colorado's unusual policy makes us a magnet for all the wrong kind of people coming into this state from elsewhere. Violent crime is up in Colorado, whereas it's down in most of the country. Bums all over the sidewalks and at street intersections is something we never used to have. Denver is being turned into San Francisco. (OK, not nearly that bad, but the trendline's worrisome.) Now CNN's reporting that Colorado's governor is wondering if the initiative needs to be repealed.
